Will DMCI Home Leasing Services (DHLS) act as the “exclusive” leasing group for my property?

DHLS Program is a non-exclusive membership program. Unit Owner / Lessor may still personally look for other possible tenants.

How much is the standard rate and for how long?

Rates are dependent on the following factors: Project, Location, Number of Bedrooms, Unit Dress-Up, Unit View

What is the mode of payment?

Advance payment should be 1 months Advance and 2 months Security Deposit. The rest of the payments should be in Post-Dated Checks (PDCs) payable to the unit owner.

Can an interested tenant “hold” the unit for lease?

He will have to sign a Reservation Form and pay the appropriate Reservation Fee. Reservation Fee is non-refundable and will be applied as part of the Advance Rental Payment.

What is the benefit of enrolling the unit under the leasing program against having a personal broker handle the lease?

DHLS provides FULL leasing service, from prospecting, qualifying, & contract administration, documents processing, collection of complete payments, and assistance in tenant move-in & move-out. Assistance for any leasing-related concerns of the Lessee / Lessor.

How much is the fee given to DMCI Home Leasing Services?

Facilitation Fee is equal to one (1) month for every twelve (12) months lease term (pro-rated for less than 12 months)
